ATTENDING LECTURES:

Each booking comes with a free interchangeable wrist band that allows one exhibitor at any given time to visit lectures. If more than one helper wishes to visit lectures at the same time, they must purchase a delegate ticket.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing exhibition space:
  • You confirm that I have read and understood the exhibition terms and conditions, rules and regulations and wish to continue with this booking.
  • Acknowledge the company/organization you represent is not based on a multi-level, pyramid marketing business model, nor are you connected with such businesses as an independent associate.
  • Agree to only exhibit products, services, or business models consistent with the Weston A. Price Foundation’s values, principles, and goals.
  • Payment shall be received one calendar month prior to the event or your space may be released if the event is at capacity. Refunds will only be provided for cancellations within one month of the event if a cancellation letter is received in writing.

Exhibitors may arrive from 07.00 Saturday morning and must have arrived by 08.00 to be set up by 08.30. Failure to arrive on time may result in an exhibitor having to wait until 10.00, when delegates are all in the first lecture session due to the venue's health and safety regulations. Exhibitors may not clear their stall before 19.00 Saturday and 17.00 Sunday.

 

Sandown Park does not have any storage facilities for event organisers or exhibitors.  Any deliveries must arrive during the tenancy period and be collected before the end of your tenancy.  Sandown Park takes no responsibility for any deliveries or collections.  Sandown Park has the right to refuse deliveries outside your tenancy period. Please contact us in advance if you plan to send anything to the venue.

 

Any electrical equipment must be PAT tested, and certificates should be bought to the event.

 

No items are to be affixed to any part of the building or to the furniture or fittings.


ELECTRICS 

Organisers and their contractors must use the busbar trunking system for all electrical supplies, unless otherwise agreed by the Event Manager.  Richard Norman Electrics (RNE) are the approved mains contractor for Sandown Park and undertake the installation of all mains supplies at exhibitions. Organisers are welcome to appoint their own contractor for stand supplies, but they must liaise with RNE with regard to mains installations and prices, contact details below:

 Rules & Regulations

All installations must confirm to BS7671 (17th Edition).  RNE will carry out all inspection & testing. In accordance with Sandown Park policy, a Method Statement will be required prior to commencement of any work. All electrical units used by stands are included in the cost of the mains supplies.

Each single-phase block main will service six stands (maximum). Bridging across aisle ways will not be permitted. Clients own switch fuse must contain a 30ma R.C.D (Residual Circuit Device) that can be used to protect a maximum of 6 stands. Power and lighting circuits must remain separate and be protected by suitable M.C.B’s or H.R.C’s

Clients detailed drawings must be received 10 days prior to the first day of build-up.  Any drawings received later than this will be subject to a 20% surcharge.
