Note, that as well as the exciting pre-order lunches, we have a delicious menu at our all day cafe that does not require pre-booking.

BOOK EARLY: to avoid missing out on workshops which have very limited numbers and may rise in price when close to selling out. Ticket will cost £10 more on the door.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR WORKSHOPS: Weekend workshops are only available to those also purchasing a valid day pass for that day and the Friday fermentation workshop is only available to people who purchase a weekend ticket. Please check your order. Workshops are not suitable for under 13's.

Exhibition only tickets: £10 tickets are available on the day to those who wish to visit the exhibition only. The exhibition only wrist band will not allow any entrance to lectures or workshop rooms where stewards will be checking all wrist bands.

Concessions: are full time students, unemployed on benefits, registered disabled and unwaged pensioners of state pension age. Identification is required. Please contact the organiser for clarification.

Children & under 16s: are welcome with a free ticket if accompanied. Tables will be reserved for families and children will be asked to leave lectures if they make noise because some of our lectures are complex and delegates must not be distracted. No more than one minor per adult.
